At the heart of my work is the belief that each person holds hikma, an inner wisdom and resilience that can be accessed through reflection and support. I believe that holding space with compassion and respectful curiosity are essential tools for healing. Therapy offers a safe space to explore your emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build the tools you need to navigate life with clarity and confidence.

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. Sometimes, we simply require a safe, supportive space to explore our deepest selves. Finding someone who sees you for you and validates your experience is something every soul deserves. This is your story.

Individual Therapy

I specialize in working with school-aged children, college-aged young adults, and mothers of young children. These sessions are private and personalized to meet each client’s unique needs.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength based interventions, and person-centered therapy to meet you where you are. I integrate empathy, cultural humility, and an understanding of how religion and intergenerational experiences shape our lives and emotional health.

Community Groups

Support groups create meaningful connections among people navigating similar life experiences. These groups provide a safe, judgment free space to share, learn, and grow together. Whether you're a parent adjusting to new demands, a student facing academic pressures, or someone seeking community while working through emotional challenges, group sessions foster mutual support, validation, and encouragement. Each group is guided by a structured yet flexible format that includes psycho-education, practical coping tools, and opportunities for open dialogue.

While we currently offer personalized virtual therapy and support rooted in cultural humility and emotional connection, we are working to expand our care to a physical location. This space will serve as a sanctuary for healing where clients can feel grounded, seen, and supported in their journeys.
